Cape Town Afro-Latin Dance Festival 2026

The Cape Town Afro-Latin Dance Festival is a 7-day celebration of Afro-Latin dance, culture, and exploration in Cape Town, taking place from January 28 to February 3, 2026.

Participants can enjoy world-class workshops in salsa, bachata, kizomba, and Afro-Latin styles, led by both local and international artists, including Caylum Hughes, Maetro Milord, and Aladdin.

The festival features daytime socials, rooftop parties, poolside gatherings, sightseeing excursions, and evening gala events. Highlights include the opening SBK party, rooftop cocktails, a black-tie gala evening, a pool party, and a traditional South African braai with a closing party.

Events are located at the Homecoming Centre (District Six Museum) and various iconic Cape Town venues, offering a full immersion of dance, performance, and cultural discovery.
